We are a pack and ship store that offer mailboxes services. More than 600 business have their mailing address in our store address. There are multiple legit reasons why a person or company wants to have a mailbox like a PO BOX at the US Post Office:

• provide a mailing address for their business because their office or warehouse is unattended most of the time
• security in their mail, avoiding porch pirates
• use our services for consolidating their parcels and mail
• running a business from home without disclosing their home address
• privacy and more

We are also known as a CMRA: Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, and we operate our mailboxes under the permission of the United States Postal Service. Therefore, we follow all procedures and requirements from the USPS every time a customer opens a mailbox in our store.

Unfortunately, some people try to run scams and fraudulent businesses out of CMRAs.

Some companies list our address in their credit card statements, which is illegal, and we try to solve this situation as soon as we are aware of it. They should list their business name
