We are a pack and ship store that offers mailbox services. More than 600 businesses have their mailing address at our store. There are multiple legit reasons why a person or company wants to have a mailbox like a P.O. box at the US Postal Service:

• provide a mailing address for their business because their office or warehouse is unattended most of the time
• security in their mail, avoiding porch pirates
• Use our services for consolidating their parcels and mail
• running a business from home without disclosing their home address
• privacy and more

We are also known as a USPS CMRA: Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, and we operate our mailboxes under the permission of the United States Postal Service. Therefore, we follow all procedures and requirements from the USPS every time a customer opens a mailbox in our store.

Some companies list our address in their credit card statements, which is illegal, and we address this issue as soon as we are aware of it. They should list their business name and not their mailing address.

We are not judges and can't deny service based on assumptions or accusations.

We report suspicious activity to the United States Postal Inspection Service https://www.uspis.gov, as we want to guarantee a safe address for business for all our mailbox customers.
